Subscription & Payments
Fees are based on the modules selected and the billing cycle (monthly/yearly). Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use the platform for any illegal activities, upload malware, or attempt to reverse engineer the ERP software. Unauthorized access to other users' event data is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
JustClickERP is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any technical interruptions.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service.
